Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Currently, we do not process orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.
We are currently unable to ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes
As our business continues to grow, we look forward to expanding shipping to additional states, territories, and international destinations in the future.
U.S. Standard Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Ground or UPS Ground.
Your order will arrive in a flat-rate USPS or UPS box and will typically be delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking information to update. Tracking updates after the courier collects and scans the package into their system.

Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to the courier. Once USPS or UPS collects your package, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address.
- If you would like the order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
- If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, we will issue a store credit for the product amount only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if the incorrect address was provided at checkout.
