Thank you for shopping with Read Fragrances.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Because our fragrances are beauty products and flammable liquids, we do not offer cash, check, or credit card refunds for standard returns. Eligible returns will be issued store credit only, or you may exchange your item for a different product.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Please note that returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchange Processing

The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return your original item for approval, then place a new order separately for the desired product.

 



Damages or Defects

All Read Fragrances products are shipped in protective, insulated packaging to preserve product integrity during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We require photos or videos of the damageso we can review the issue and improve our shipping process.

If your product is defective, please contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos.

Examples of defects include:

  • Broken, disconnected, or jammed spray nozzle

  • Loose bottle neck or cap

  • Leaking product while spraying

  • Leaking due to cracks in the bottle



Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Note that gift cards expire 365 days or one (1) year after purchase.



Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please note that once the refund is submitted, the timing for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
